02Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Website, including its Partnership and Contact forms, and when you contact us by email or phone about the Website or our services.
It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms that may be linked from the Website. Those services have their own privacy policies.
03Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the Partnership inquiry form, we collect: your full name, company or agency name, business email address, WhatsApp number (optional), partnership type, primary traffic source, target countries, website URL (optional), monthly traffic or volume (optional) and your message or business requirements.
When you submit the Contact form, we collect: your full name, company name (optional), business email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), inquiry type and your message.
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically when you submit a form
- Consent record: the date and time you confirmed you agree to this policy.
- Browser information: the browser “user agent” text sent by your device, which helps us identify technical problems and automated spam.
- Spam protection: a one-way, keyed code derived from your IP address. We use it to limit repeated submissions. Our forms do not store your raw IP address, and these spam-protection records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Hosting logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when any page is requested, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. These logs are used for security and to keep the Website running.
04Cookies and tracking
The Website does not currently set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from our own server rather than from third-party services.
If we introduce cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
05How we use your information
- To review your inquiry and respond to you.
- To understand your business, audience or requirements and assess whether there may be a relevant partnership, campaign or service opportunity.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry and any resulting business discussions.
- To keep a record of inquiries we have received and their status.
- To protect the Website and our forms against spam, abuse and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
06Why we are allowed to use it
We process the personal information you submit on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on our forms, and, where permitted by applicable law, for legitimate purposes such as responding to your request, keeping records and protecting the Website.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
07When we share information
We share personal information only where necessary:
- Service providers: companies that host the Website and deliver our email, which process information on our behalf to provide those services.
- Business opportunities you ask about: if exploring an opportunity requires sharing your details with an advertiser, agency or other partner, we will discuss this with you first.
- Professional advisers: such as lawyers or accountants, where needed.
- Legal reasons: where required by law, regulation, legal process or a lawful request from authorities, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
08Where your information is processed
Our hosting and email providers may store or process information on servers located outside your country, including outside India. Where this happens, we rely on those providers’ safeguards and take reasonable steps to protect your information in line with this policy.
09How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, manage any resulting business relationship and keep reasonable business records, or for longer where the law requires it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
Spam-protection records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
10How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to stored inquiries, server-side validation of form submissions and one-way coding of IP addresses used for spam protection.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:

- ask us to correct, complete or update your information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- withdraw your consent;
- raise a grievance with us about how your information is handled; and
- where the law provides for it, nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing and to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@zxvera.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
